Sir, Thanks for commenting.

My idea was for each complaint someone will be assigned and after completion of task the status will set as 'fixed' by the technician. Then another mail will be sent that "your problem is resolved. Please check and close it". But I couldn't do it. Can you give me any idea how to do it?

Also my report page can't be seen by other users though I can see it from my user id.
